Reservation Process

The first step to joining the Rocky Mountain Pups family is to fill out our application below. After careful review, we will contact you and discuss the next steps to help bring your puppy home.

PUPPY APPLICATION

The information contained in this application is used only for the purpose of placing a puppy and will not be used elsewhere. A deposit will be accepted after your application is approved. Completion of this application is not a commitment to purchasing a puppy or placing a deposit. The deposit goes toward the overall price of the puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a future litter.
